1; Open the app.
2; Choose the checklist from the package/s on the home screen.
3; Add the reference (site name/aisle)
4; To answer question/s choose a Status.
5; To add a Comment tap in the field – type in and SAVE (to save answers for future use tap on the + tap on the dropdown next to the + to choose saved answers).
6; To attach photo/s tap on the Photos tab and take. Then tap on the X to close the camera.
7; To record an Action tap on the Action tab type in and SAVE. (Actions produce a separate report).
8; Use the White arrow – top right to move to the forms.
9; To submit the report from the device, tap on Upload.
10; To sign for the report, tap on Add Signature type in and sign. Then press Complete (top right).
11; To download the report, go to www.theinspectionmanager.co.uk and login(the PDF is also emailed back to your mobile device).
12; To make changes to the report tap on Edit.
How to customise a checklist
1. Open the template, tap on each question you want to remove and Delete.
2. To add new questions: Bottom Centre > tap on Add Question type in and Save.
3. Next tap on Upload then Save as Template and press Continue.
4. You have now created a new custom package called My Templates.
