Using ‘The Amazon Cloud Platform’ which is accredited to SSAE 16 Type IIISAE 3402 Type II and ISO 27001:2005 standards. The Inspection Manager does not store financial data used in conjunction with automated client billing through the Amazon platform.

No, you can have an unlimited number of users under one account. And as many users as you like to test run the app to make the most of the 30-day free trial.

Yes, here’s how.
Login to your online account – top left ‘customise’ and follow the steps to add your company logo and branding colours.

To change your ‘temporary password’. Login to the dashboard and tap on the top right username (email) and ‘change password’ – NB: Remember to remove the password within the app and replace it with your ‘new password’. Tap on the top left menu – ‘login details’ remove the password – add you’re new password, then tap on ‘test connection’ for results to show 3 x OK. Then ‘Save Login’.

The Inspection Manager is available for iOS, Android & Windows mobile devices and tablets and is free to download from the Appstore, Playstore & Windows Store.

Go to the website login page and click the ‘reset password’ link, a temporary password will be emailed to your username email, paste into the login page and change or reset the password. NOTE: if you change the password, you must change the password within the app. Tap on the top left menu choose ‘login details’ type in the new password and ‘test connection’ for results to show 3 x OK then SAVE.
